Eating 2700 calories in a day is achievable, but I’m assuming you have to eat a certain type of food?
You can easily push over 1,000 by eating a McDonald’s meal … which wears off super quick, so being hungry soon after will be easy.
Also, is the protein supplement a vital part of building weight for muscle?
Was wondering if you could send me your normal week eating plan ?
I’m doing very well myself but alway good to see someone else’s and see what I can do to improve mine.
