    Eating 2700 calories in a day is achievable, but I’m assuming you have to eat a certain type of food?

    You can easily push over 1,000 by eating a McDonald’s meal … which wears off super quick, so being hungry soon after will be easy.

    Also, is the protein supplement a vital part of building weight for muscle?
